Our Founders
David Brown
With 37 years of experience in commercial construction, David Brown has led projects of every scale — from tenant improvements to $15 million ground-up developments. As a former minority owner of Insight Construction, he oversaw daily operations, safety, quality control, and scheduling for field crews of 65+ employees and as many as 40 active projects at once. David has successfully delivered hundreds of projects for clients such as Presbyterian Hospital, UNM, Heritage Hotels, and national retail brands, always maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Jason Bianchetti
Jason brings 13 years of commercial construction experience with a strong focus on government contracting. Skilled in estimating, project management, and closeout, Jason has overseen multimillion-dollar projects including Maverik fueling stations, municipal facilities, and large-scale mixed-use renovations. He is well-versed in federal and state contracting requirements and estimating software, and has delivered dozens of projects for agencies such as ASRC Federal at Kirtland AFB, the National Park Service, and the State of New Mexico. Jason thrives on managing complex, high-value projects with precision and efficiency.
